HMO Plans offer health services provided through the HMO network of health care providers. Members must choose a primary care physician who will manage the comprehensive health care of the individual. Short Term PPO Plans are for those who need health coverage for only a short time. You have several deductibles from which to choose. Length of coverage is from 30 to 185 days. Medicare Supplement Plans are designed to “fill the gaps” in Medicare. Please refer to Medicare Supplement Plans for a review of plans and their highlights.

Long Term Care Plans cover the costs of an extended illness or injury. It comes in four types of care: home care, adult day care, assisted living, nursing facility.
