BCCA Individual Health Plans:

PPO Plans offer health services provided by the BC of CA network of health care providers; you have freedom to seek medical attention from out-of-network providers, but at a higher cost to you. HMO Plans offer health services provided through the HMO network of health care providers. Members must choose a primary care physician who will manage the comprehensive health care of the individual. Short Term PPO Plans are for those who need health coverage for only a short time. You have several deductibles from which to choose. Length of coverage is from 30 to 185 days. Long Term Care Plans cover the costs of an extended illness or injury. It comes in four types of care: home care, adult day care, assisted living, nursing facility.
